1. Are you Mennonite?
No, we are not Mennonite, although we would have much in common with our conservative Mennonite brothers and sisters. We are simply Bible-believing Christians with a desire to follow the Lord wholeheartedly.
2. Do visitors have to wear head-coverings and prairie dresses?
No! We do not expect visitors to share our convictions on all points, nor do we judge them based on appearance.
3. What is a regular Sunday service like?
If you are looking for hip Sunday morning entertainment, you have come to the wrong place. We meet at 10AM for praise and worship in the form of acapella singing from a hymnbook followed by two or three messages from God's Word, including a message and songs for the children. There is no "praise team" or worship band. We sit together as brothers and sisters and as families in the service. Preaching and teaching is followed by an afternoon potluck fellowship meal to which all are welcome.
4. What ministries do you have at your church that I could be involved in?
Corporately, we go door-to-door in the local neighborhood as time permits, sharing the gospel and teaching the Word to all who will listen. We also give away books and materials at a booth we setup at the annual Home School Convention of Idaho. Individually, we are involved in the lives of people in the local community, as well as on the mission field. One of our members is currently serving at Haiti Children's Home in Haiti.
